While the hotel's location was absolutely fantastic and made exploring the city a breeze, my overall experience was marred by inconsistent service and cleanliness issues. The room was not up to standard upon arrival, and despite my complaints, the cleaning was subpar throughout my stay. Additionally, the hidden charges for services I didn’t use really put a damper on things. it felt frustrating to pay for amenities that I didn’t take advantage of.

The room itself had great potential, being spacious and featuring a comfortable layout, though it wasn’t as clean as I expected on arrival. I found dark hair in the bathroom, and there were issues with housekeeping not providing necessary toiletries.

I didn’t dine at the hotel during my stay, but the options nearby made it easy to find plenty of delicious meals without a hassle. I didn’t utilize the wine and pastries service but noted it came at an extra charge that I didn't appreciate.
Facilities

The hotel offered various facilities, but I felt the amenities promised weren’t consistently delivered. For instance, housekeeping wasn't efficient in replenishing supplies. which added to my grievances.

My stay at Hotel Seville Nomad was quite a mixed bag. I loved the central location and enjoyed the vibe of the hotel, but my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and some rude service interactions. Overall, it had potential, but there were too many letdowns during my visit. I'd give it a 4 out of 10. 😕

My stay at Hotel Seville Nomad had its ups and downs. The location near Madison Square Park was fantastic for exploring the city, and I appreciated the cleanliness and fast check-in process. However, the room I stayed in was quite small with limited storage space, and I faced some issues with customer service that dampened my overall experience.

I found the room spacious but lacking adequate storage, which made unpacking a challenge. The bathroom amenities also had some inconsistencies, as not all dispensers worked properly during my stay.

My stay at Hotel Seville Nomad was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic and just a short walk from the Empire State Building, I faced several issues that detracted from the experience. The staff was hit or miss; some were friendly and accommodating, but others didn't meet my expectations, especially regarding service responsiveness. Overall, the comfortable room could use a little TLC, but I appreciated its spaciousness amid the bustling city.

Rooms

The room was pretty spacious, and the bed was comfy, which made for a good night's sleep. However, some areas were showing wear and tear, like the tired-looking bathroom drawers. There was a distinct bleach smell upon arrival that was off-putting.
Service

The staff had moments of being attentive, especially the doorman. However, I encountered some service issues, like slow responses from room service, and at one point, nobody picked up my call over a six-day stay. It felt a bit impersonal overall.
Location

The location couldn't be better! Super close to Times Square and Madison Square Garden, plus several subway stations nearby, making navigating the city a breeze.
Dining

Dining options were a bit confusing and not entirely satisfying. I had high hopes for Scarpetta, but it felt unwelcoming, and getting a drink at The Seville was a hassle with strict policies on attire and reservations.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered some solid amenities, like the happy hour with drinks in the lounge and a decent fitness center. Still, the overall maintenance could use some improvement, especially in public areas like the hall carpets.

I had a good stay at Hotel Seville Nomad, with its stylishly designed spaces and warm, welcoming staff. The location is perfect for exploring Manhattan's major attractions. However, I did experience some hiccups during my stay, such as initial room issues and a lack of prompt housekeeping service, which detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
